Not your typical daily driver, this 2005 Chevy SSR stopped everyone in their tracks with an eye-catching paintjob, slammed stance, and loud rumble coming from the exhaust. Another collaboration, GO-EZ handled the intense fabrication on the air suspension, and we stepped in to give the 6.0L LS2 some much-needed ponies. If you’ve ever driven one of these, you know that power is lacking, but once we were done, the SSR was putting down nearly 500 hp to the tires. Upgrades included K&N cool-air intake, Stan’s Headers long-tubes, NOS plate nitrous system, and Corsa exhaust. Giovanna Cuomo 22-inch wheels with red KOKO Kuture lip bezels wrapped in Nitto INVO tires completed the retro-rod look.
